Produced in an off-dry style, the New Gewurz is reminiscent of the great wines of France’s Alsace region. The 2006 exhibits an explosive nose of grapefruit, litchi nuts and ginger and flavors of citrus and exotic spices. While the wine shows a touch of residual sugar, it glides effortlessly toward a dry finish.
