A lighter wine from Bordeaux…soft tannins, easy drinking…very food friendly. Earthy characteristics with mushroom, mocha, plum, black cherry and black rasberry aromas and flavors. This wine is subtle and meant to compliment food not overpower it. Most higher end Bordeaux wines need to be cellared for 5-20 years before they are ready to drink. Not true with the Petite Bordeaux; they are produced to be enjoyed now.

Cheese Pairings: Aged Cheeses, Blue cheese, Gouda
Food Pairings: Steak, Burgers, Ribs, Veggie Burger
