This wine is so easy to enjoy! The aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry and cocoa are bursting out. The ripe and rich Cabernet flavors prevail - juicy loganberry, cassis, and a base note of black plum and cherry. Syrah adds lots of spice, and Merlot offers a smooth velvety finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon is from the acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard in Walla Walla. On the far west end of Yakima Valley the Merlot is grown by Mike Sauer of Red Willow Vineyard. The Syrah is grown in the Horse Heaven Hills where the temperatures are moderated by close proximity to the Columbia River.
