Classic Chablis style: bone dry with lots of minerality, pear, peaches, apples, refreshing citrus and a steely finish. The wine is elegant and tasty with fresh acidity on the finish. It tastes somewhat creamy which usually indicates oak barrel ageing but not so with this Chablis. The creaminess comes from the Chardonnay grape.
