Insolia is a very floral wine with fresh aromas of white flowers, roses and citrus fruits. The wine is medium bodied is crisp with well-balanced acidity. It is aged in stainless steel tanks so there is no oaky undertones just clean fruit. Lots of pink grapefruit, pear, apples, almonds and citrus blossoms. It is dry and extremely food friendly. You can almost smell the blood oranges that grow on the same land as the Insolia grapes.
